Office building in Central Bourgas

The non rectangular layout of this office building is a result from requirement for a maximum built area.  The plot is situated next to a busy traffic hub. That is the reason there has been an intention for a building volume that suggest movement and dynamics. The sloping corner of the structural glazing and the two solid walls slicing the building are all a part of that intention. The building has 3153 m2 total built-up area
